What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology is a truly holistic therapy that addresses body, mind and spirit.

Kinesiology is a gentle, non-invasive approach that helps identify and correct imbalances in the body related to stress, nutrition, learning difficulties, physical injuries, and other life challenges.

By using the body’s own feedback through muscle testing, kinesiology helps uncover the root cause of an issue - allowing it to be addressed at its core.

Blending modern techniques with the wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine, kinesiology uses muscle monitoring and a range of natural, energy-based tools to restore balance, support healing, and enhance overall vitality and wellbeing.

What to expect in your first session

Your first kinesiology session is all about creating a safe, supportive space to explore what’s going on in your body, mind, and energy.

We’ll begin with a relaxed chat about your health history, lifestyle, and what’s brought you in - whether it’s physical pain, emotional stress, fatigue, anxiety, or something you can’t quite put your finger on.

Using gentle muscle testing, I’ll work with your body’s innate intelligence to identify imbalances, blocks, or stress patterns.

 

You’ll remain fully clothed and comfortably lying or sitting while I apply various techniques such as acupressure, emotional stress release, energy corrections, and more.

Every session is uniquely tailored to you.

You may leave feeling lighter, clearer, more relaxed - or simply more connected to yourself.


Some people notice immediate shifts, while others experience deeper changes over time.

You don’t need to understand how it all works - just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore.
